LET’S DISH OUT THE AWARDS –
WINNER – Russ won the 9th Region National Pork Producers 2005-06 “WOW NOW” competition with “The Whole Hog” - Holy Mole stuffed Pork Tenderloin (featured on our dinner menu) earned him a spot on the NBC morning show and national publication of his recipe.
WINNER – Russell’s “Pink Pig Chili” snagged the People’s Choice Award at the 2005 River City Chili Classic. (…and gave him superhero status in Shiprock…)
